Hollies Cafe

Hollies Café is a brunch place designed for the enjoyment and encouragement of brunch and coffee culture. The main element is the espresso and a brew bar that allows the interaction between customers and baristas. The furniture and shelves are made of natural pine plywood with matte finish and black or white metal profiles as structure. The highlight element is the black-framed wire grid on the main wall of the café and the black suspended grid structure of the ceiling that supports the lighting. It gives the café a sleek, modern feel and a sense of modularity. Potted plants that are hung on the wire grid adds a breath of freshness to the otherwise monochromatic colour theme of the café.
